DBC Refund PAF

Refunding to small businesses the authorization fee cost up to $50,000 in total of the program.

State Refund Business or Self-Employed Cost

Good Standing Community

To support a strong ethnic community, the Department of Bank Card offers a 5-7% subsidy for small business owners who refer other business owners to apply for the program.

DBC Refund PAF

Refund PAF provides the refund from 60-85% of merchant authorization credit card processing fee cost to applicants who:

Is located in a low-income community

The business address must be in a low-income community to qualify, encourages potential applicants to check the map to see if they meet the low-income community eligibility requirement before they apply.

Has 20 or fewer employees

Business entities normally eligible for the Refund PAF program are eligible to apply. This includes sole proprietors, independent contractors, and private, nonprofit organizations. Agricultural enterprises are not eligible.

Be a U.S business

At least 51% of your employees and assets must be within the U.S.

State Refund Business or Self-Employed Cost

The State Refund Business or Self-Employed Cost provides funds of up to up to $350,000, before applying, make sure your small business meets the following eligibility criteria:

Is located in a low-income community

The business address must be in a low-income community to qualify, encourages potential applicants to check the map to see if they meet the low-income community eligibility requirement before they apply.

Can demonstrate more than 30% reduction in revenue

If an applicant meets the low-income community criteria, they will be asked to provide gross monthly revenue (all forms of combined monthly earnings received, such as profits or salaries) to confirm the 30% reduction.

Has 100 or fewer employees

Business entities normally eligible for the Refund PAF program are eligible to apply. This includes sole proprietors, independent contractors, and private, nonprofit organizations. Agricultural enterprises are not eligible.
